Celebration Missions and Outreach

 

Our heartbeat as a church has always been for missions. We believe it’s our responsibility to help bring the message of hope that is found in Jesus to every corner of this planet.

 

We partner with organizations to provide opportunities for you to make a difference in the lives of people by traveling locally, nationally, and globally.

LOCAL 

 

Celebration Church partners with local organization to help restore broken lives and communities. From weekend events and providing necessities to families, to holiday outreaches and building community among groups of people in similar circumstances, our hope is to empower our friends as they raise their families and live life each day. 

INTERNATIONAL 

 

We believe every person deserves the opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus and to have a Bible in their native language. Through International Missions we help plant new churches worldwide and partner with organizations that are translating the Bible into new languages.

Mission Trips

HONDURAS CONSTRUCTION AND CHILDREN’S MINISTRY 

MAR. 1-7 – BRUS LAGUNA, HONDURAS

Team Size limit is 12

Trip Land Package cost = $700 + airfare

 

Fly into San Pedro Sula via van or truck to La Ceiba.

 

Day 2 leave early via vehicle to a boat (long canoe with motor) for a total of 5-6 hours travel time to village – Brus Laguna.  This is a very unique experience serving indigenous people who are marginalized in Honduras.  

 

Accommodations in basic hotel.  Meals – traditional Latino meals – chicken, rice and beans.  You will have clean drinkable water, electricity and limited Wi-Fi.  Very poor area.

 

Day 3-5 Construction on Feeding Center, children’s ministry, and some church services.

 

Day 6 travel back via canoe and van or truck to San Pedro Sula

 

Day 7 return flight home.

HONDURAS DREAM CENTER 

MAY 26 - JUN 2 – SAN PEDRO SULA, HONDURAS

Team Size Preferred – Between 13 – 27 

Trip Land Package - $905 + airfare

 

 

From visiting the houses of kids in our feeding program to pray for families, performing youth and kid’s chapels, widows/elderly ladies’ small group, helping cook food for the 280+ people a day that are fed, playing soccer with the kids, workdays, youth nights, Sunday service, clothing giveaway, and so much more. We believe that building relationships with the youth, kids, volunteers, and team here will change their lives forever. Yes, come ready to serve. But more importantly come to love on this community so they catch a glimpse of the love of God!

 

NOTE: The Dream Center requires half of the land package cost 2 months prior to arrival as deposits for accommodations and transportation.

Working on the renovation of an old church building with a growing congregation.  Additionally, Pastor Megan will be having a Children’s Ministry every evening that can be supported as needed.

This will be our third year going to Guatemala to build another church and have children’s outreaches.
